By the end of 2023, guests can book with us in around 6,000 apartments in more than 30 aparthotels in 20 vibrant cities in Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Future openings are planned for London, Munich, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Porto, Cambridge and Nuremberg with many more exciting cities still to come. By 2028 Staycity Group will have an operating portfolio of 15,000+ keys putting us in the leading group of aparthotel operators across Europe.

Investor Backed Expansion

The measures taken by Staycity Group in its financing and capital structure in 2020 ensure the business is financially robust and can continue on its expansion. Staycity Group is the leading independent aparthotel operator with institutional investment funds. Staycity has a track record of doing multiple deals with well known names such as LaSalle (5), Union Investment (2) and Knight Frank Investment Management (3). In recent years well known names such as DEKA, DWS, M&G, ESB Pension fund, Aberdeen Standard, Royal London, Bain Capital, Commerz Real and Union Investment have all invested in Staycity properties and developments. The increasing interest from the investment community in Staycity has assisted in our expansion programme, created greater awareness of our brands and also demonstrates the liquidity of our aparthotels. We continue to work with these funds as well as significant others interested in acquiring Staycity & Wilde aparthotels.

From refuelling to recharging, our facilities meet guests needs - whether they are staying for a week, a month or a year. 

Staycity Aparthotels - our smart brand for price conscious travellers in the heart of more competitively-priced cities, or city centre fringes in larger cities. 

Wilde Aparthotels - inspired by the wit of Irish playwright Oscar Wilde, our spaces are subtle and sophisticated, designed to entice and amuse. Our Irish heritage is mixed with local cultures to form new experiences that are unique to each city, and each Wilde. 


Staycity embarked on a journey, during 2020 and 2021, to understand its environmental impact, and to develop its ESG strategy. In the context of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and The Paris Agreement, Staycity engaged with a broad range of stakeholders, and identified key themes and workstreams. Our Leadership Team, supported by our Board, made the decision to go beyond the industry norms to take a leadership position in ESG in the hospitality industry. Targets and timelines have been set to deliver nearly-zero energy and net-zero upfront embodied carbon, with low to no-waste hospitality offerings, to the market. Some of the changes are currently being implemented, others by 2025, and the most challenging may take until the end of the decade.
